These SMS Terms and Conditions govern SB Pharmacy's customer-care and pharmacy service text messaging program.
Consent to receive texts
By providing your mobile number, actively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox, and submitting an SB Pharmacy form, you agree to receive recurring customer-care and pharmacy service text messages from SB Pharmacy at the mobile number provided, including automated messages.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving pharmacy services or making a purchase.
Types of messages
Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries
- Refill-request acknowledgments
- Pickup or delivery readiness notifications
- Prescription-transfer follow-up
- Delivery coordination
- Immunization appointment confirmations and reminders
- Account and service notifications
- Direct customer-support conversations
Messages use general wording — for example "We received your refill request.", "Your requested order is ready.", "A pharmacy team member needs additional information.", or "Your appointment is confirmed." Medication names, prescription numbers, diagnoses, and other detailed medical information are not included in routine automated messages.
This messaging program is not used to advertise specific prescription medications or controlled substances.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, prescription-service activity, and conversations with SB Pharmacy.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. SB Pharmacy does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any SB Pharmacy message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be disclosed only to service providers that help SB Pharmacy operate and deliver the messaging program, as necessary to provide requested services, or when required by law.
Protected health information handled as part of pharmacy services is also governed by SB Pharmacy's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Changes
SB Pharmacy may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
